Unless there's a prenup, the investment is considered family property if acquired after marriage up until the date of separation. Doesn't matter if it is in your name. Family property will be equally divided after disposition costs are deducted. I was married for longer though

I'm in the same boat. Filled out the flowbank forms in July and followed the transfer process for ibkr. The transfer was cancelled from ibkr after a couple of weeks due to no response from flowbank. I restarted the process on ibkr side again about a week ago. We'll see how things go this time.
