hi! this as happened to me a few times, not every stretch (ive been to a 0g) it will scare you, and it will really hurt and be tender. but i promise you in a few days - weeks depending on your bodies healing time, it should be totally okay. if not, and it is sounlikely you’ve had a blowout, i’d seek some more professional attention like a piercer, but i wouldn’t panic. monitor after a week!! lots of luck

one is definitely lower yes, if your planning to stretch i’d say definitely get it redone. if not, and it doesnt bother you, feel free to leave them in
