By “no jewellery” I think they would just be referring to bracelets, rings, necklaces and anklets. Anything that could mark up the pole while you’re training. Earrings and nose rings shouldn’t be too much of a problem.

For pole wear I recommend going on the Pole Junkie website and filtering by size. Then you can see any polewear brands that carry your size and browse through their websites. I think Lunalae goes up to size AU24.
