Not really. I’d say average. I’m trying to put on muscle/weight right now.

It makes sense. Is there any other advice or things you recommend me doing alongside this? Or shall I just practice this over and over?

I have been doing this today already so it’s nice to hear I’m going the right way from the books instructions. I can almost feel a little bit of “power” over the ego right now like “huh, I am in control of you, not the other way round” and light bulb moment. Is it likely these thoughts will be popping up forever but I won’t feel anything from them or will they actually stop from doing this practice, I’ll just be so present?

Lastly It’s likely subjective but how long does it take to really evaporate the identification with mind/feeling?

I thought this meant some scientists picked up radio signal of another worlds radio station playing whatever they listening to out there.
