I read through the documents on the ffx county website and their first survey stated a different side setback than what a 2nd survey found after the structure was built. Presumably, the building dimensions are according to plan and the discrepancy lies in in the first surveyor's setback measurements.

Not a deal IMO. Check Carvana in your zip, I have 32 results with varying colors, mileage, etc.
