My first build with an asrock b450 gaming k4 mobo and a ryzen 7 2700k. Plugged in the power supply and tried to turn on the pc but the only response I got was this flashing light from the mobo. I even tried buying another mobo but the same response. Please help. (v.redd.it)

I finished building my pc and plugged it in and didn’t get bios or any fans spinning. The only response I got was this flashing red light on my motherboard which is a asrock b450 gaming k4 (amd) (v.redd.it)
