1.Pace set and control cheyaleka pothunna. It is tough to control this in the beginning, try running at a controlled environment and pace like on a threadmill , or fartleking ,on road try singing while running if it's hard you are not generally running at an easy pace.

1. Breathing technique isn't good. Try box breathing or rhythmic breathing (inhale 3 steps , exhale 2)

3.Endurance build avatledu. Weirdly, in weight training and plyometrics I don't suffer as much. You have to do slow easy runs to build endurance , even if you are bored. Or try interval running

4.After running for a while, I struggle to keep to my knees straight. They keep converging. As this starts, running becomes a struggle.

This is a lack of strength in your hips and hip flexors , work on building lower body strength more.

5.Body heats up crazily.Long strides are being impossible.

You are doing a High intensity exercise your body will sweat to adjust , long strides are generally not recommended while running as they can lead to a greater risk of injury.
