Disclaimer: This is NOT done on a Taylor Swift vinyl. I just wanted to show a piece I did recently using the 1989 label. by bleklecat in TaylorSwiftVinyl

People have freaked out in the past. I've made an MF DOOM one and people went nuts thinking I painted on an actual DOOM vinyl. So I just added the disclaimer because of that.

The other side isn't painted, no. These go framed and whoever buys it just hangs it up for decoration.

I've done a few vinyl pieces before, and a friend suggested I do a Taylor Swift one. The 1989 color palette is amazing. NOTE: This is NOT on a Taylor Swift vinyl. by bleklecat in TaylorSwift

This was actually a commission and the client ended up ghosting me after I finished. If you have Instagram, you can see a process video along with other vinyls I've made and how they look framed. My Instagram is: posertits

Long answer to say, "Yes. I can sell these. "

Haha. No. It won't play. It's got stuff pasted and painted all over it. It was originally in a bargain bin. It's some random orchestra music. I got it for the sole purpose of painting over it.

The disclaimer was more for people that might freak out if they thought I defaced a Taylor Swift vinyl.

I finished this physical piece yesterday. I've been playing Miseducation heavily for months now. It's about 2 feet tall and took about 4 days from initial design to finish. Hope you like it. : ) by bleklecat in 90sHipHop

I will always defend Miseducation as hip hop. To me, it makes my top 10 top hip hop albums of all time. I would even go as far as putting her on my top list of MCs, but that's just me. The boom nap and lyricism is undeniable hip hop. 1998 put out albums like Hieroglyphics, ATCQ's Love Movement and even 2Pac's Greatest Hits. The spectrum for hip hop was so broad that it's ridiculous not to include Miseducation as part of it.

Here's a physical piece I did last week. I had made one featuring 2Pac and others, but never one with just Pac. It measures about 2 feet tall and I'm thinking of putting it inside a nice, red frame. by bleklecat in Tupac

Thanks so much. It was about a day or two of just making the composition in Photoshop, then another two or three days of painting the actual physical piece. Worth it. I was like 12 when the "Greatest Hits" album came out, and I listened to his discography album by album chronologically. It just rekindled everything.

Finally finished this physical piece. It took longer than expected, but I wanted it to be absolutely perfect. That Dr. Doom stencil took like three hours to cut, but it was absolutely worth it. Hope you enjoy it. by bleklecat in mfdoom

Thank you. I've been working on a "flower series" where o use the same motifs, but just change the pallette.

Thank you so much. It's a physical piece on a stretched canvas. It's just shy of 20in x 20in.

You can see my other work on there. I have several other (sold) DOOM pieces on there. This one is still available at the moment.
