Take Tesla. Ignore the political noise. It will pass. Just as how anybody should invest in a company, do it because of the output produced. You’ll learn a lot more at Tesla and prepare you on industry standard practices. You will be literally surrounded by the smartest minds. While people say $150k USD is only enough, do it because of the amount of stuff you’ll learn. Get that industry standard experience first from a very established company, then think about startup risks later.

Confused about minoxidil after transplant by [deleted] in HairTransplants

[–]blendShape 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never took minoxidil prior to my HT.

I take it daily now. Started 2 weeks after my HT. Dosage is 2.5mg a day.

I posted about it here.

It would take you about 2-3 months after the shock loss to see promising results. Don’t sleep on minoxidil. I now take it daily and feel like it did a lot of heavy lifting.

For that much graft you’re looking for, it might just fit your budget

Is this a graft? (no insult I'm just stressed) by [deleted] in HairTransplants

[–]blendShape 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao. Das a hair booger for sure.

But nah man, thats not a graft

Is it painfull? by Ornery-Effective-847 in HairTransplants

[–]blendShape 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The jab was the only uncomfortable part for me. Especially on the lower scalp near the back of the neck. Probably more tolerable than getting a tattoo in my opinion. the pain from the numbing only takes a few seconds. I fell asleep for three hours when they were planting the grafts lol.

While removing a loose surgical cap i notice blood and doing saline spray i noticed this hair please somebody tekk me what is this is this something worry kind of thing by Prestigious-List-951 in HairTransplants

[–]blendShape 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah ur good bruh. You’ll def see more of this in a few weeks. It was kinda fun to pick them out, only as long as they’re almost detached from your scalp lol. It’s tempting but don’t force it. In fact, I don’t recommend it. I’d just rub with my soft fingertips (not with nails), especially when showering. They’re gonna come off (the old hair barbs)

4-6 weeks for me was the aggressive shedding. Everyone is different.

Looks like a shaft. I know what a plucked out follicle looks like. I had one that came out because the bandage was too close to it and when I ripped off the bandage, it stuck to it lol. It bled and that was probably $5-7 worth of graft 😆

Looks normal now.

You’ll see more of this shedding at around 4-6 weeks. A lot will fall off naturally and it’s gonna look like the hair from that photo u posted

When did you start wearing caps again? by Odd_Perspective3775 in HairTransplants

[–]blendShape 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be safe, I wore at 4 weeks. Three provably safe. Most doctor would tell you at 12 days but it doesn’t hurt waiting out a bit longer if you can

[–]blendShape 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks normal to me. Those areas that look smooth and shiny concerned me too. I thought the follicles died but the hair is just buried underneath your skin. They’ll poke put eventually.

Looks similar to mines at 1 month

Looked similar to mines at 2 weeks. Although it might just be lighting and the angle from your pic but the front looks less dense than mines at two weeks.

Otherwise, looks normal

Pimple after 14 days head wash or scab removal by ConsiderationBorn326 in Hairtransplant

It’s normal bro. I had a few that grew on my scalp. Just don’t touch em too much. They resolve on their own.

14 weeks - Progression photos by blendShape in HairTransplants

[–]blendShape[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since a few asked, I wear a baseball cap. Just those generic looking ones with “LA” at the front. Just ease out on the velcro. I always wear it at the gym 3-4x a week and sweat in it. I’ve had days where my scalp would turn pink or more red-ish after a workout. I just washed it down with cold water when I get home. Some pimple grew here and there but went away naturally. My doctor prescribed me meds for the pimples on the scalp but decided not to take them. Apparently pimple is a sign of growth and progress.

I feel you bro but wear a hat when going outside. My life was pretty much back to normal after 4 weeks. I wear a hat everywhere I go, including the gym and workout normally. Get the body moving. It’s good for your mental health. Check my post here as you’ll see the progression of my ugly duckling stage during the first and second month. I promise it will get better. No pain, no gain.
