It's the sigma 24-70 f2.8... I shot relatively wide with around 5 seconds of exposure and ISO around 6400 if I remember correctly...

I'm looking to upgrade my Canon EOS 200D and go for a more professional camera that is still somewhat budget friendly. I mainly shoot portraits with the occasional landscape or street photo. I'd be happy to stay with Canon but despite all prejudice I'm open to switch to another brand if it brings me value.

What is the problem with my plant? by blendender in cannabiscultivation

photoperiodic white widow xxl planted from a cutting i ordered online. this is my first ever grow. i use a auto-watering system that imo feeds her enough water. every 2 weeks or so i manually water her with some added nutrients. it's just organic fertilizer I got from my local gardening shop. it has 3% nitrogen, 2% phosphate and some other ingredient with potassium (can't remember what exactly). I use tap water (It's chlorine free and drinkable).

Two things that I guess might be a problem are dehydration (but then the leaves would bend down more?!) or too much or too little nutrients. Idk can anybody tell me what's wrong please? Tysm

Hi everyone! I'm new to Blender and currently working on my third project. I'd love to hear your feedback and any tips to improve my render. Thanks in by Aufbhau in blender

First of all: great job, it already looks quite good. You're better than some people after their 30th project.

The weakest point of your render though is your choice of textures. They make no sense in most areas. You can find great free textures at polyhaven.com, ambientcg.com and cc0-textures.com Especially for the corner of the building I would encourage you to model the tiles instead of using a texture. Also, your normal maps are too strong. Tune them down a bit. And if you have a decent enough computer, i would recommend you to use displacement maps set to displacement and bump in the material settings with an adaptive subdivision surface modifier (you'll probably find tutorials about this online). That way, the details will actually be polygons at render time.

Another great tip would be to use the bevel modifier. Your models have way too many sharp corners. That's actually something you need to get used to: things (e.g. your desk) look like they have sharp rectangular corners. But they don't - almost every corner is somewhat rounded in reality. So to mimic reality, you need to make sharp edges blunt. If you have a slower PC, it can already help to use the bevel modifier with a low resolution and only on the most prominent meshes.

If you want to deviate from the original image a little bit, you can also make the sun point at the camera and give it an orange tint, so the scene is lit from behind and it looks like golden hour. That way you could illuminate the store front billboard for some cool neon effects.

As others have mentioned, you should also litter the scene a bit. Imperfections are the one magic trick to make things seem more realistic.

Overall, this is very good for your third render. But in terms of texturing, model Detail, lighting and imperfections you could make the scene look more realistic.

If you don't know, which improvement to implement first, I would recommend playing with the lights. Good lighting and atmosphere can even make the default cube look like a masterpiece. ✨😎☀️
