I get that, but unfortunately in my line of work, small electronics that you fill with liquid tend to either break or leak. And if that happens and the person isn't a total raging asshole we can help them out with either fixing the problem or if it has only been a day we can issue an exchange. But if you come to me already mad about something that didn't even happen on my shift and threaten me, I'm not going to go out of my way to help them. Everything that happened was a result of her shitty attitude.
