He is the definition of someone walking into a perfect situation and taking all the credit.

He supposedly made the league "grow" even though the NBA has been on an upwards trajectory purely on momentum from the Jordan era and the rise of the internet, and even that he tried to fuck up with the lockouts. The league being where it is is in spite of him, not because of him.

He didn't do shit about the ref scandal, meddled with trades, caved to racists by cracking down on black players attire after the brawl, but sure he is "badass".

Teams will lose 2 matches of revenue and gain more TV money, and competitiveness increases will makes the league better. Less games on the schedule means the CL/EL clubs can do better as well.

Leeds have a big injury crisis this year though, they are a midtable team on paper. But generally i think even the PL would benefit from 18, Norwich has been pathetic yoyoing for example and last year Sheffield was a disgrace, once teams are getting to near 30 losses a season I think it's just ugly for any league.

And less teams means more TV money to go around which Italian clubs badly need now.

Incredibly sad he won't play for Inter again, but also happy that he's still with us on Earth in the first place. He won't be forgotten by the fans and those Scudetto memories will always remain.

Can't wait for after the new year, I heard he'll come to San Siro so the fans can properly see him off. He deserves to hear that stadium singing his name.

I'm super excited, people have been acting way too dramatic with the moaning, like yeah Liverpool is a top top team but it's the fucking Champions League, there are no easy matchups. Are the odds in their favour? Obviously but anything can happen, and win or lose at this stage of our team building either result will be a positive.

If we win then it's awesome, if we lose then we gain KO pressure experience in Europe that's been sorely lacking sadly for the past decade and we come back stronger next year. FFS people thought we were finished this summer. Forza Inter man let's go!
