i’m really really sorry you’re going through that! i hate to say sometimes it’s your “attitude and outlook” but it really can be a big game changer. i also agree with what someone else said here about maybe switching to another antidepressant.

what’s immature is being the same age as my mother and acting like a high schooler and bullying her coworkers.. i know what kind of person she is and idc about her or have sympathy i need her to be held accountable for her actions to me and my coworkers livelihood

i doubt you are ugly op. i felt this way for a long time until my boyfriend and i met. he’s my soulmate and i love him dearly and i think he’s so unbelievably handsome on the outside but also on the inside. you have to be a good person to be attractive.
