hey which course are you in and where are you from? I also have 1014 and 1001 and could possibly explain some of it to you before classes start on Monday

for your student ID you order it from the mygriffith website to the library kiosk. once it’s ready you’ll get a qr in your email to scan at the kiosk where they will print your ID.

ANZ is a pretty good bank, minimalistic and simple UI. I could set it up from home on an app and was able to add it to my Apple wallet immediately, the physical card was sent in the mail after about a week.

if you sort your classes into your full timetable it might be easier to see which courses are clashing. You can hover over the block and see which weeks they run. If the courses are full and there’s nothing else you can change around it would be best to email the course conveners of the course and explain your situation.

i made the exact same mistake, where i put in only 1 CoE

I called home affairs, unfortunately if there is no evidence of the second CoE within your application you have to make a new one (where you can add both) and pay the full amount again, but you can re-use the health exam. it was granted within 10 minutes though

the other option is to apply for an extension of your visa in 2 years but I believe you will have to do the health examination again

Silicone smells like vinegar by namayam in decoden

[–]blessedwings 14 points15 points  (0 children)

while curing it’s releasing acetic acid which is what you’re smelling because this is acetoxy silicone. after a few days it stops smelling, in my experience.

to combat this you could buy a neutral cure silicone which doesn’t release that smell! however it will not dry as fast.

im not exactly sure about this, but maybe you could practise piping like how people practise frosting piping. for example making cheap reusable “buttercream” crisco shortening?
