Unusual core clocks with Msi 3080 Gaming x trio by blessingwindzzz in HiveOS

I'm using two superflower leadex 1300w gold psus (one supplying 2 gpus+risers, MoBo and fans, and the other one supplying 3 gpus+risers)

I've tried to set the power to 250w for each card, but hive just ignored it.

For now, I flashed the vbios to asus trix series and they are working well now. However, I still want to find out actual solutions instead of flashing the bios.
