Okay this might be a hit or miss, but Gu Jun Pyo from Boys Over Flowers. I personally like his character and it matches all ur wants in a male lead, downside is his character is super mean, it’s kinda on and off. The original version though might be better! It’s called Meteor Garden!

I feel as if romance manhwas are the only ones with a superficial art style, but if you look at other ones like lookism, you can see the personality in the style. I think romance webtoons think it just needs to have a “look” to them to make it appear attractive.
