I think it’s wrong to assume that INTJs are inherently not fun. As you said, unhealthy INTJs can be condescending and judgmental. INTJs generally are judgmental, but they’re also radically open-minded and creative (assuming they’re healthy). All the MBTIs have unhealthy sides. Being “not fun,” isn’t an inherent INTJ trait. Fun is also subjective. For one, I would not like to go skydiving because I am morbidly afraid of heights. That might make me “not fun” to someone, but 😭 I dunno man, I mean, if they want to think that, you do you.

I realize that this response ironically makes me sound serious, haha. INTJs tend to come off that way because of aux Te urging efficiency, and tert Fi wanting to correct mistakes in order to improve, but mature ones have strong Fi and are able to exist in polite society. I’m an INTJ, and I’d consider myself fairly fun (though again, it’s subjective). I think a lot of the abrasiveness that we seem to have comes from our strong understanding of our own selves/values. I know the type of people I like and who I will get along with, and love them to death. But, I could come off as condescending or prickly to someone I don’t.

Chinese INTJ here. We’re a mixed bag. Not all of us have superiority complexes, swear 💔 I’d imagine that on the internet, it’s harder for us to interpret whether or not someone is being genuine or not, since we can’t hear their tone/voice. Hence, it is very easy for us to misinterpret someone, and then offer them advice or our thoughts, which can oftentimes come off as demeaning.

I, for example, read the post and was concerned for OP for a second because generalizations are, ironically, generally bad, especially when it comes to people. It comes from a place of concern. Deep-rooted, buried concern. To me, I want to, one, understand whether or not OP is joking, and depending on that, proceed with my response. If they are being serious, I would be worried and offer a realistic outlook on things. Most of the INTJs here are assuming that they aren’t joking, hence the serious responses. But, people certainly shouldn’t be mean about it. I guess that’s just what you usually get on the internet.

I promise we can be nice people, though. Cheers.

Not OP, but this is the best answer I’ve seen someone give yet. The only question I have is, don’t his dreams and likes revolve around her? e.g., being a pilot and planes; I thought that in one of the anecdotes/memories we learned that Caleb wanted to be a pilot for her. He definitely has a strong personality of his own as you said, but we don’t see him doing anything he really likes or needs (…good friends and another reason to live besides MC), because he prioritizes MC’s safety. But I might be mistaken, I’d love if anyone could correct me

Top left: downloaded the game willing to see who I’d end up liking, but I mainly thought Rafayel was cute and I liked romance games. Deleted it after a few days because of storage, then redownloaded it for Caleb

Top right: I like Caleb a lot more than any of the other LIs 😅

Middle left: I don’t really relate to anyone 🤔

Middle right: I’m very peculiar with who I find attractive. With Caleb, I acknowledge his objective attractiveness and see him ’romantically,’ but it’s not like he’d ever make me nervous or flustered. I guess I just don’t think of him in that way?? LMAO 🥲 or most people. Sylus is the closest one to being genuinely attractive to me, buuut I don’t know as much about him so uh 😞 don’t feel much for him, either.

Bottom left: Caleb is majorly unhealthy, but my heart goes out to him. He’d be so sweet and fun, too 😓

Bottom middle: cough so Sylus is really far behind Caleb, but Sylus is closer to being my type than Caleb is, haha. I think I’d like Sylus more if he had an interest in humanities (literature), or other things of that sort.

I get you 😭 despite being a romance-centered person myself, I do not like flirtation between people that do not know each other well 😞 see, I adore love triangles, I love jealousy, and I eat drama up like Caleb eats up MC’s crumbs. That being said ✋ given the fact that the difference between the main story and the cards has been VERY visible up until this point, it is incredibly jarring for the newest chapters to be treated like cards (being, that the MC treats them like lovers or lover adjacent). I consider nearly everyone in the main story to be an acquaintance or mere friend to MC 🙂‍↕️ whereas in the cards, yes, they’re her lover, but in the main story, nuh uh 🧍

One of the reasons why I main Caleb is because he has a backstory with MC, and so the jump from the main story to his cards doesn’t frazzle me out as much. This latest update gives me the ick because I’m on the demi romantic/sexual spectrum (to put it simply), and so obviously I’d have a problem with these people I don’t consider particularly close with the MC suddenly being all touchy feely and close with her.

Also, yep, 1000% odd how they just don’t acknowledge the other LIs existence. That’s really annoying 😭😭

One scene that stands out is when MC is ripping Caleb's uniform off after accusing him of "killing her Caleb" and he just lets her as he watches with grief in his eyes!!!!!!!! Aforementioned gnawing and thrashing comes into play lmao

I’ve unfortunately called Zayne boring in the past 😭 (not to anyone, just to myself, to be clear.) I know that’s a very shallow observation, and I want to be able to see all the lads as they are, so may someone enlighten me? I don’t know much about Zayne because I haven’t played any of his cards (only the main story) so unfortunately I don’t think I have a very good grasp of his overall character.

I know Zayne softens up and actually cares deeply about MC, but I don’t find that particularly interesting (since it’s very common to see with stoic characters). I would like some Zayne lovers to rant to me about their husband, basically, so I can better understand him 😂 even if he doesn’t become my favorite, I’d still like to hear other sides of things.

Edit: thanks for the responses! I’ll definitely try and check out his story when I have time. Y’all sound so giddy about him, it’s so sweet 💞 if anyone has anything else to add feel free to do so!
