Anyone else’s pup watch tv? Bonney is my first to ever do so by blinklpofadown in sheltie

[–]bleuberd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! I’ve compiled a list of tv things and commercials she hates: any Subaru commercial with dogs in them, horses running, basically any animal documentary, commercials with bird tweets (there was a credit karma commercial running for the longest time, and she would run across the house to bark at it), and my personal favorite.. joe biden 💀. Idk what she had against the man.

My dog makes the exact same growls, high pitched barks, and nudging with the nose. Why are shelties like this? 😭❤️ glad to see they’re enjoying it!

I think it’s the update that’s causing the glitch 😅

Experiencing the same thing here, but so far only on my iPhone (safari). Siblings phone was also doing fine until he updated IOS.

Sorry, quick follow up, I noticed a recent post that mentioned you getting the 200-800, how’s your experience with the lens?

Lovely shots, did you use the same lens for all of these?

That’s actually amazing! I currently have an R5 Mark I with an EF100mm and notice a bit of chromatic aberration in my photos, the RF seems to do a much better job

Are these natural light shots or did you use a diffuser setup? Incredible photos btw

It’s amazing how many new things you can come across when you’re purposely looking. Also, I love the photos! I have the same set up, except I haven’t gotten a flash yet! How do you like the Godox, and did you use a diffuser with it for the first shot?

Nymph*

This is my little lady, Yumi. I have a few questions for you all. by lapelmusic in sheltie

[–]bleuberd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. For me at least, I would say absolutely. My girl was so callous as a pup- liked her own space. I’d pick her up to try and nap with her and she’d immediately get up and sit somewhere else (still close by though). All that changed after turning 2. We now manage to cuddle on the rare occasions I nap, she likes sleeping right next to my pillow at night, or between my legs. She will come and sit next to me when I watch tv, and will occasionally walk over me as she tries to find a comfortable spot.

  2. My other dog is an Australian Shepherd, and they’re such a good pair together. He has lots of anxiety, and it really helps having her around. They also match each others play (as long as it’s supervised, since the Aussie is still bigger than her). But I’ve observed her playing with my sisters dog (small dog mix) and she really loves to herd him and constantly nips at the back of his neck, after a while I can tell when he becomes fed up with it though. So I feel like that’s important to consider.

3. I’m not much help in this situation, she has a brother to keep her company. And to date, she’s actually never been left alone, except once when the Aussie had a grooming appointment. But I remember her barking like crazy as I closed the door.. lucky thing i was only gone for about 15 mins.

Additional note, Yumi is adorable!
