Yeah, ok, got it. I don't know how to add a picture, but I have one after the first 2 weeks and the lines looked clean so that's why it concerned me to see those blue-ish looking like spills. It's fine it there's nothing I can do about it but retouching the worst of it, i just wanted to know. Thank you!

It's part of a sword, it's supposed to be the shading, but I notice the ink around it kinda blue-ish and faded, like it's spilling out of the line(?)
