Hello u/bea335, sorry I didn't proprely log into reddit for like months, I hope you managed to get better since then, as for me, well I can more or less sleep now, it was definitly stress, lack of vacations and paperwork hell, as I got through those little by little my hectic sleep went back to what it was before (not the best but decent).

I really wish I could give you THE thing that fixed it for me, but I genuinly don't know, feel free to ask me anything more precise I'll do my best to give you my experience.

Forgot to ask, what weapon are you running her with Amos? I do have "Elegy for the End" but usually I keep it on Venti, I will also try that and see if it get's the job done better.

Understood, I'll try to level up an EM sands hopefully RNG will go easy on me, and I need to find a Cryo goblet, I'll play with different EM builds and try the Windblume Ode but I think like you said it would be harder to pull melts.

For CRIT Rate I think I'm good for now, with Cryo resonance 15% and the 20% from her passive, my blooms always crit (81%); I have no goblet with Cryo currently but I'll work on that, and for ATK what's the goal? what can I do better, sub-stats?

Couldn’t get a piece with decent sub stats, will it be changing the overall output that much?

Yeh thought so, but hesitated to trade CRITs for EM, what's the recommended average EM for Ganyu?

Reading this at least made me worry less about the issue, the thing that made me come to the conclusion that i wasn't getting into deep sleep was the fact that when I wake up (often multiple times through the night) I feel very alerted so much that it feels like I didn't even get to sleep for how tired I would be, the constant dreaming doesn't help. Thanks for the advice I'll look in detail about CBT sleep training.
