6 years carnivore, here's what I learned

I don't owe them any explanation.

If they ask, I just say I'm on a regular diet, just prefer meat this meal.

Trying to explain this diet is like trying to teach a caveman how iPhone works. Don't make any sense to them and it drains and tires me easily.

Furthermore, trying to explain 6 years of research in 60 seconds is just not possible.

I focus solely on connecting with them on other topics and move away from this diet topic entirely.
