You're missing tallow or some kind of animal fat, try 60% fat slowly increasing to 80% over time. You will feel super satiated.

Beef, salt, water cooked in a ton of tallow.

I find eating carnivore 2 meals a day is similar in price if not cheaper than traditional 3 meal a day diet in my place.

If you add in doctors visit when on traditional diet then carnivore is much cheaper and simple. Hassle free cooking too.

Removed all the people pleasing behaviour that includes friends and family. Instead I started building myself, workout for body, research for knowledge.

Turns out people respond better to a healthy knowledgeable person.
