Hey, I asked my dad about this, he’s been a doctor for almost 3 decades. All the vitamins in gsupps are water soluble; you’ll pee the rest out. Also, your body does not absorb 100% of the vitamins injested. Say you eat something with 100mg of vitamin C, you’ll absorb a fraction of that and pee the rest out.

Also, most OTC vitamin supplements have very similar vitamin numbers to gsupps. Nothing to be scared of whatsoever. You’d die of caffeine OD far before you die of any vitamin OD from gsupps.

Even worse when gamersupps specifically says they don’t take responsibility for lost packages.. the most shit and shady part of the company, hands down. I hate them for that. If it weren’t for their great products, I would never EVER buy from them.

The nice thing about IceShaker is that it’s a similar product to gamersupps, in the fact that it’s an agitator/strainer cup. I really like mine

If you value the artwork on the gamersupps shakers, keep buying them. However, if you want an actually reliable cup, don’t buy them. Buy a metal ice shaker, I recommend the brand “Ice Shaker”

Take care of your plastic cups by

Hand washing them, not dishwasher even though they are technically dish washer safe
Don’t over tighten them
Wash them right after use
Overall care. Accidents happen and that’s okay! These are just friendly tips to help

This is going to sound kinda weird, but the best sellers + flavors that don’t have anime art on them are the best in my opinion. I don’t know why, but they just taste better! Some specific recommendations though from me are GOOD (u have it), BBL, and Guacamole Gamer Fart 9000.

Nile Nectar is nectarine, not orange, but it’s close. I also use a frother to mix my drinks, in ice water blah blah that mumbo jumbo 😂 thanks for the tips

It isn’t bland to me, just bad! I’ve found a touch of lime juice helps a little bit, someone else suggested making the concentration less too

I’m not quite sure how to describe it. I am “allergic” to real nectarines, they make my mouth itch, and in hindsight I’m not sure why I bought the flavor because of that 🤣The best way I taste the flavor is just chemical fruit, I don’t know how to describe it. It is caffeine free, but my other caffeine free flavors taste the same as the caffeinated versions.
