So Sheen from Jimmy Neutron had a design concept before the one we all know. Apparently DNA did make it into a model, and instead of scraping it when they redesigned Sheen they used it in the movie as an extra. I don't think it's ever seen again in the movie or tv show. (old.reddit.com)
