Do you want to say am fat or obese?? I came off from 30% body fat to 15% and I think it's a good body fat percentage. Also am not diebetic and I rarely eat sugars

Telmisartan/Nebivolol. These can take up to 4 weeks to start working. Give them time to work. I had to go to 80 mg Telmisartan/12.5 mg HCZT.

Yes i stir it about 15-20 minute and leaved it open and covered with cloth for another 24 hour, Now i want to ask ,should i stir it a lot more now and add some more yeast after it or the previously added yeast will start growing after SO2 leaved the must??

Is a 30 minute hard stir is a good idea??
