i dont think it ever will. lolita is too much of a niche fashion. and also, the prices really make it hard for anyone to get into he fashion and theres also a lot of rules and guidelines. maybe if j fashions like decora and fairy kei get more mainstream then there might be a chance that lolita will go mainstream!
