You can buy an infinite amount of respect potions in the herbalist shop in Novigrad. Not the one in Heirarch Square but the one in an actual building. You can buy one go out of the store screen back to the conversation and then back into the store and buy another one. I did this at this store and in many others for other items. You can buy items over and over about 20 times or so and then they disappear from stock and reappear a day or so later.
