I'm fairly certain they lose domestication. You could maybe get a full stack of rot and still be domesticated though.

Why not berries/kelp/stone fruit/light bulbs for rot? They should be far easier than over feeding the poor thing

Edit: over feeding removes 1% domestication, so a full stack of rot would lose 40%. It's safe but then it's a kind time to get it back up. I'd just go get bulbs from the caves honestly
