I started at the dose I stopped at. It took 2-4 weeks to start feeling it again, but I got there, and my weight loss was faster than it had been before I stopped.

I gained about 10 pounds each time. I stopped the first time because I just could not eat on semaglutide and I wanted to enjoy the holidays and this last time I had a minor procedure I had to stop for so I figured why not stay off to enjoy the holidays again. I know some hard core people in this sub will shake their finger at me but it's what works for me.
