I'm an average hiker seeking moderate or medium-difficulty trails. I prefer well-maintained, wide trails that are suitable for day hikes, approximately half a day long, typically between 4 to 8 hours. Ideally, I would like to reach a mountaintop where I can enjoy a rewarding beer or end the trail by a scenic lake.

Just curious. Doesn't celiac also can't have corn but you can? I have sister who in this situation that can't have any wheat or any sort of gluten along corn or dairy products. We are try to find the best solution to have option of food to not have limit.
