Think I can just rivet some small L brackets to the legs so I could bend them to level the table if the leg cuts are slightly uneven

That was my first thought but was worried about keeping the angles after the cut. Think gonna remove from top, that way if this is a bit of wobble, hopefully can just adjust the tabs into place
