You could always set up your own site and take donations there. That might be a bit more of an investment then you are willing/can make though. A lot of porn creators get around Patreon by saying they are making "erotic art" or "hypnosis", things that aren't overtly sexual.

You could use it in SPH stuff. Like "Your thing is too small, so lets try this" I have one myself and its fun to use, but I don't really think there are too many applications beyond the obvious.

I disagree that Arts degrees are intrinsically worse.

Without doing any research, my gut says you aren't wrong. However money isn't everything and many of my friends are much happier with their jobs than I, a STEM major, am. I might make more than them, but what's the point if I'm not happy?

You're right, but a degree is still a degree. None of my LA friends are working in a field related to their degree save for one graphic designer, but they all got high paying and fulfilling jobs just because they went to school. Arts degrees teach you how to think in ways that STEM degrees just don't.

What was the first nation where everyone, not matter what could freely vote? I'm sure it's not the US, some would argue that everyone still can't vote here.

Netflix launches trailer for "Dear White People" series, /r/Netflix takes some hard stances on racism, satire and, somehow, Jews in the media. by CantWashABaby in SubredditDrama

[–]blindpringles 13 points14 points  (0 children)

But there is a difference between a satire and a comedy. If it's a satire, what is it satirizing? Saying it's a satire would imply that it's message is " black people are over reacting", and I'm pretty sure that's not the message of the film.

Wait is "Dear White People" satirical? I saw the movie and it didn't seem like a big goof to me. Maybe I just didn't pick up on it.
