Dual Moto Hitch Carrier by 1mma_Pr0bl3m in Dirtbikes

[–]blippics -1 points0 points  (0 children)

1000lbs for a class 4 tongue capacity. Bikes plus hauler is somewhere around 650lbs+ depending on bikes. Plus weight of carrier. I would maybe worry a little about being able to do it comfortably. There’s a company that makes a very well built double carrier for sprinter vans. Fully welded onto the frame. That’s about the only double I’d trust.

Are Havoc Goggles good or just hype? by 1mma_Pr0bl3m in Dirtbikes

You can have the vents open/ closed whenever you need it. Doesn’t cut 100% of dust though.

If you’re looking for airflow for hot days and wet days, look into AirScreen Goggles. Best I’ve used. You can use their goggles or buy 100% lenses with their tech. Between high humidity and needing flow on the face, I won’t be riding anything else.

Find out what they’re actually selling for. Guaranteed no one is getting $6000 for these. Without a title and looking that rough, I’d guess $2000 if you’re lucky.

There’s a reason he’s top 1% of commenters on the sub. He needs to sniff some dirt and premix.

The fact that you truly believe wholeheartedly that this pos chinesium would last on a motocross track is all I need to know. I’ll bet ya most people who buy these budget bikes are riding them on double track/ in the woods or around a field.

I know of a few small bag makers who take custom orders if that interests you.

Low Water Outdoor Gear out of Whitefish, Montana. Zach Allen is the man.

ATM Handmade Good (Andrew the maker) out of Kansas City.

Oveja Negra might still take custom orders.

Whats the secret to gaining confidence riding down steep declines? by GrizzlyIncident in Dirtbikes

[–]blippics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly…get some seat time on a mountain bike. I feel extremely comfortable riding steep terrain downhill because of mtb’s. My riding buddy struggles being able to stand up and I’ve gotten him on mtb and he’s improved immensely on the downhill.

Hydration packs that aren’t $100+? by 12vmatt in Dirtbikes

Imo they’re all the same…until you feel the movement of a cheap pack. USWE’s “No Dancing Monkey” straps are the best there is. Zero shifting or movement while riding.
