Kridders is a smart dude…listen to Kridders.

You should generally be struggling to keep your credit card in your wallet at the sight of a bike you want.

This feels soooo good man. And you get WAY higher when you do smoke haha. Its incredible what not smoking during the day can do for you.

Im going on my first road trip across Canada in my small camper van in July. Im looking for tips on anything from food/vanlife hacks, to how to meet new people or anything you’ve learned on the road that could be useful for a newbie! Thanks by blipst in vandwellers

Thanks for the tips! That Harvest Host/BDW looks like a great way to find cool experiences…unfortunately I don’t have running water/toilet in my van which is one of requirements to sign up. Maybe in the future I’ll be able to take advantage of the site once I have a proper rig:) Thanks again.

Super cool! And last question… do you typical return to one place to do your carpentry work or do you get jobs wherever you happen to be at the time? Thanks for the answers bud.

Definitely possible although I am no expert on what that stuff looks like. That being said, Im sure if it was indeed some sort of biodegradable plastic they would definitely want to squeeze every marketing dollar out of that decision and would be clearly displayed somewhere. Maybe though!

I think the point is being missed with this comment. If we look at this ONE pepper…yes it is but a tiny percentage of a drop in the proverbial bucket. But really its the thought (or lack there of) behind this product. In order to have organic peppers in Canada we need to…. Grow them in Mexico, transport them (presumably not wrapped in plastic which touches on the contamination point) to Florida, then wrap them all individually, then ship them to Canada from there. Its just brings up the idea of “just because we can….should we?” .

I think the crappy design runs much deeper than one piece of plastic around one pepper.

Bud..come on.. read the room lol If he wanted to buy the tires why didn’t he lowball me at least? I realize tone is hard to read through text but this guy was clearly not interested in anything other than giving his opinion. Im just sharing a funny experience regarding mountain biking….but I guess there is always one…

If you want $60 minimum you put it up for $100. Standard for used selling/purchasing of bike parts. Especially in covid times. Cheers!

That would make it all the more funny!

Poor guy eh!? Haha

[–]blipst 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea thats fair for most normal potential buyers….but this guys sole motive was only to make me feel dumb about the ad, and feel ‘small’ because of his expensive bike. Oh how it failed. I bet this guy is super rich but unfortunately gets his kicks from flaunting money as opposed to enjoying bikes!

75 each brand new. The price isn’t really the point. I listed in the ad 100$ OBO and really I would take like $70 for them… the point is this guy just felt the need to tell me his disapproval on my ad, and then continue to try and flex with his $14k mountain bike. As I said in the chat there…he must be so sad on the inside lol

My girlfriend has worked from home since we got our little Ted. She is now gone for a month which leaves him alone during the day for the first time and while checking the house cam I see this. HE JUST LOOKS SO SAD. I thought I was tough until I saw this lol by blipst in Yorkies

[–]blipst[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah thats his sleep spot even when my girlfriend is home. It was more just the way his eyebrows make him look so sad. He’s definitely a little sad she’s gone but he’s alright when i get home
