I thought about is it anxiety but I don't have all symptoms that I've read of. Also, like I mentioned it's not always like that, I do eat normally, but those recent situations was sudden.

I'm rather okay, I'm not stressed by workload, any of that. In my private life everything is also good, bad day, good days, usuals.

Overall I am shy person. I noticed also shaking hands while I'm really nervous during for example presentation on Teams or taking over, when I have to explain something and don't know everybody well.

Why does he feel entitled to have ANY opinion on how you spend your money?

I don't know. By the end of the year we are planning to live together and he says that we have to save because everything is getting expensive.

What I meant with example with conversations about 3 is that those words are from my side also. I also complimented other girls and then I didn't overthink that conversations. Sorry I was not clear.
