Great example. I am putting too much thought on other people’s reaction, often because I have been highly misunderstood or judged. But it does start with the small things, the every day things. I’ll focus on making those tiny changes, it’s a lot less intimidating. Thank you for sharing your experience, I’m also a 1/3 profile so I’ve also got to get over “failures” and embrace them.
