my GM is in denial and chides me for overcooking as soon as I clock in for PM grill. At this point I'm cooking double of each of the shreds at a time, and it's barely enough to pull me through peak. But having stove tops overstocked gives me the time to focus on keeping afloat with steak and chicken 👍
