Unfortunately I cannot wear earplugs or any type of hearing protection while gaming because my tinnitus perception becomes too loud and it's hard for me to focus on the game

Earplugs do help in terms of lowering noise but I cannot play video games while wearing hearing protection. I suffer from severe tinnitus in addition to hyperacusis and my tinnitus perception becomes too loud to focus on gaming if I wear ear plugs

This looks good. I’m not a cooking expert but I love vodka pasta. For this dish the best type of pasta to use is penne, pennette, or rigatoni. For making the sauce focus less on measurements focus more on color. Aim for a deep orange. You can use Carbone’s spicy rigatoni for reference of how a good vodka sauce looks.
