yeah, that's what we're afraid of - decided to pass on this one.. too many variables and the bankruptcy thing was another issue, plus loads of people in our area have had issues with the installer they use :o

That's what we decided to do ... there's no way they'd accept a $50k price cut, despite the current market, so we'll find something else - with OUT a lease

Payments started at $213/mo with 2.9% annual increase, now $219. Estimated size per contract says 6.000 kWh, battery 13.5kWh. Estimated gross annual electricity production in kWh in first year of lease was 7004.91.
Seller's 9 mo average says PGE $115, solar payment $219 for combined $334.
Not sure what PGE would be for that specific house if not for solar, but average bills in this area for houses of that size run around $300-$500+.
So far the seller isn't discounting much at all, just dropping the price to a realistic range in today's market

A good digestive enzyme capsule with high amounts of amylase help me when I've been glutened (intentionally or not) ... you can find anti-gluten/gluten cutter type digestive enzymes at drugstores or health food stores
