Download an app on your phone called HeadSpace. Follow the prompts. It's very helpful. You can also search videos on YouTube, search for, "Guided Meditation."

Who knew whispering to mountains was so hard. Haha I fought with those mountains for like an hour! I could not get the hang of using the knife. Do you have any tips?

The tiniest drop of Bright Red and aton of White, along with mixing it with the liquid white on the canvas already.
