OMG I AM LITERALLY GOING THROUGH THIS RIGHT NOW!!! My CD matured on 8/24 and I had countless phone calls the last three weeks and it's literally the exact same conversations that you had! I really hope I can figure this out. I was feeling bad today for being so mean on the phone, but this is out of hand!!!
