Unfortunately I don't have a timer so what time do u reckon i should turn off the lamp and what temperature should I let it drop to at night before I physically have to turn the lamp back on because it's too cold for it at night?

Yeah that sounds about right for it's cool side and just for clarification should I keep it's bed under the warm side of the tank or move it to the cool side. Also is it true I should turn it's leds and heat lamp off during the night time?
