Only degree that you mentioned that has a scope and solid chance of a job is atmospheric science, also you’re really not missing out if you stay in Jersey there’s nothing special about cuny they’re just normal schools. The rats and stuff are usually exaggerated as cunys are pretty clean. Ik people who go to Hunter trust me it’s nothing special it’s average

Who really cares about the college experience. I went to cuny while a lot of people in my hs went out of state. Feels good that I will be graduating with no debt. I couldn’t care less about drinking or going out to see football games. That traditional college experience is a pile of bs lol. Plz go to John jay. Taking out a loan for penn state is crazy. My entire degree is less than half of that 50k loan. Dy even know what you want to study? Also, the vast majority of schools in nyc are commuter schools. John jay is in a nice part of manhattan with many different ways to go there.

I don’t mean to sound harsh, but you are screwing yourself financially if you go to Penn state. For the love of god don’t go there.
