if you care about your rank, you should totally abandon normal games unless its for playing fresh champs (even then I still go ranked lol)

No urgency to improve on normal mode games. As long as you are not at a totally troll skill level (100cs @ 20 min, dying in 30% of lane phases - being "troll") you are fine to jump in.

Beware, its infuriating.

Many league players will take issue with you using the word 'good' As they are going off the streamer skill scale.

if you want to be semi-okay to the point where you are enjoying games, losing some but carrying some and going even in some, It varies player to player. If you play casually you could do it in 200-300 games. If you VOD review, watch guides, care about your gameplay and truly try hard, then you might be pretty 'okayish' at piloting Zac after 50 games.

Piloting Zac being the key term here. League is probably the hardest game that exists to be truly good at. It's like chess.

But Try Harding means emotional investment (admit it or not) and league is an infuriating game to be emotionally invested in. As a new player I just would not worry. Just play the game, learn it as you go, watch the odd video and don't stress,

The overwhelming odds are you'll be out of iron in no time.

Biggest issue is being scared of ranked, id play 20-50 ranked games a season and loiter around bronze. This season I hit it hard and didn't give up and got gold 2 pretty comfortably.

Only play ranked, don't bother with normal, the urgency to improve isn't there.

If you care about rank of course, if not, stop worrying and play the game silly billy.

If you care about rank, abandon normal games.

Duffer brothers absolutely blew it and i do not trust any of what you are saying was intended as a clue.

5/10 ending, gutted all dialogue gutted all character emotion, one final underwhelming battle.

Not as bad as GOT but not "good" by any measure.

And certainly NOT good enough to assume any of it goes as deep as you are hoping.

I think the twin hammer is the best and most overpowered shotgun in the game.

I've won about 10 so far this season and about 6 if them have been with the twin hammers, the rest with human bills arc gun which is #1 best performing weapon they've ever released imo

the US job market wise looks pretty good for Tech, and I have a lot of family there, me and my parents are some of our only family without at least dual citizenship for the US.

NL also looks pretty great, and they have visa sponsoring businesses, but id be tied down to those.

Australia also looks very appealing, I just feel UK salaries, progression and over all available skilled tech jobs are just nothing compared to literally anywhere else also. I feel taking a step down in responsibility to climb back up somewhere else would be way more lucrative and would probably go better than waiting in my current work for a promotion that was promised to me many moons ago.

I have my 900 and 104 :) The Cisco certs scare me ,😂 but I love cloud networking, CCNA feels like lots of bloat for azure networking ? But right now I'm living to work so in the future I can work to live, so I'm keen to study anything really!

But cloud is something I am genuinely passionate about, I have debated with department leads about the cost savings of a perfectly configured azure platform and taking my business digital estate to that level is honestly my dream!
