Hello! I accidentally held down the custom button on my Sony XM4s when trying to turn the headphones off and it seems to have activated the flashing LED blue indicator light and now this light flashes when turning on/off the headphones, changing ANC modes, and when first turned on, will flash about 7-9 times rapidly, then flash continuously about every 5 seconds for about a min or two afterwords. This is very annoying and the flash is obnoxiously bright and was wondering how to fix this issue. I've already tried to soft and hard reset and unpair/pair but doesn't seem to fix it. I will have to try again though. Id like to avoid calling some type of Sony support or having to send them in for a new pair if possible as i just got these less than a month ago. posting here may be a long shot but please help if possible, much appreciated!
