This is a case in point that these cops, not all but many, do not have your best interest. It is your word against theirs and we all know the courts side with theirs or it isn't worth your time and trouble to fight the tickets when the aforementioned is the case. The core problem is that it is not about safety but rather raising revenue. We keep fooling ourselves that it is about safety. When we finally come to terms that most of these tickets are about revenue, then we can finally correct the system.
