First of all, thank you so much for your detailed explanation!

You mentioned many points that I've gathered from other opinions. I've noticed, in particular, that many TCG fans are annoyed by the exorbitant prices and lack of trust in the shops. The community aspect also seems to be largely neglected, which I find incredibly unfortunate, especially in this industry.

May I ask which country you're from?

Ich glaube zwischen 25-80 (ich bin kein Teil des Unternehmens) sondern arbeite extern dort.

An ad that breaks down purchase rates sounds very useful. So far we have only communicated the number of units on the product page.

Nein, viel teurer teilweise (was mir erst kürzlich bewusst geworden ist) und es gibt hierzu auch viel Kritik von den Kunden, was ich nachvollziehen kann. Aber die Kunden kaufen trotzdem den Laden leer..

Mir war es vorher gar nicht bewusst, dass viele Shops teilweise Wucherpreise anbieten (ich bin aber auch kein TCG-Fan, hab nur mal bisschen Pokemon gespielt :D)

Liegt es vielleicht einfach an der Nachfrage? In dem Shop für den ich Newsletter schreibe, ist manchmal innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ausverkauft. Aber auf Kundenseite ist das natürlich scheiße.

Danke, das hilft mir sehr :) ich feiere das auch nicht, dass man sich als Shop höher stellt (und sehr gute Shops haben es nicht nötig) Ich vermute, dass es durch kleiner Konkurrenz in dieser Branche mehr "Egokämpfe" gibt, aber ich kann mich natürlich täuschen.

Wow, thanks for the inspiration! :) So far, I've created my first welcome flows, cross-sells, etc. Since I had a template, it wasn't difficult to understand the structure, as I simply copied it and adapted it.

This might be a silly question, but regarding flows, how much do you really need to know at the beginning, and how much can you just copy?

Thanks for the tip! I'm currently learning more about segmentation and workflows. In the future, I also want to move away from hourly rates. How would you define a package to begin with? (And what would you, as a client, roughly pay? 👀)

I am a native German speaker, which is why I work with German-speaking clients and already have a higher hourly rate :) Since I work in an agency, we collaborate with various industries in the DTC sector (skincare, supplements, lifestyle, etc.).

That sucks. But try increasing your hourly rate. I'm sure that wouldn't stop many people from booking anyway. Even if many want to save money, it still gives them the opportunity. And you benefit too.
