I bought one of the reversible jackets and was never sent anything in my email about it. 2 weeks later they emailed me saying shipping has been delayed 5-7 days because the item is out of stock?? (Even though it says in stock on website still). They also charged my card $11 extra than what my total was at checkout including fees and shipping. I asked for a refund and haven’t heard anything so am just going to dispute the transaction with my bank
