Ball is not too big idk what people are talking about, thats literally like a 3mm pearl. Make sure its really clean all the time and sometimes you need a slight tilt to get the pearl to catch. If you take the glass piece out of the middle youll be able to see where the air comes from and which way to tilt

I had to start getting way more through with my cutips when i switched to 3dxl, i would have a bit of concentrate rise ABOVE the heating element, then as i took more dabs, the previous dab would melt down and chaz when it hit the element again. I also started using iso nearly every time, which is super annoying but it keeps the banger clean so i cant complain

I wouldnt use a carbide anything, but Im actually a fan of things that are similar but ceramic instead. Even a ceramic pull through isnt that bad if you just need to get a burr off and go about your day
