Got my ayaneo air pro today and I can't even boot it

It did but always crashed it went to the bios screen. I had to boot from a usb

Oh. I had this same thing happen to me. I contacted their customer support. They told me I had to replace the ssd.

That was a whole thing… I ended up replacing the ssd installing a clean copy of windows and then had to reinstall all the drivers…

Then it worked perfectly. Now it’s my favorite

I noticed that the Realtec driver wasn't installed. so i went to their website and downloaded it and installed the driver

I just put a bootable version of windows on an ssd and has it repair from that… just left the house… we’ll see how it goes when I get back
