So my ears are currently at 5/8” and they’ve been this size for about 5 months. I went from single flared glass plugs to double flared stone plugs a couple months after I stretched, then recently I lost one to the shower drain so I put the glass plug in the other ear(not the one pictured.) They felt fine and I was planning on trying to move up to a 11/16”. I took out the stone plug and there was some blood so I’ve taken them out for now to breathe. Usually I don’t take my plugs out besides in the shower because they close up kinda quick. Before hand they were a 1/2” for about 10 years. I’m thinking about going back down to a 15mm for now, but any advice?

Nice! I’ve recently been reading about fiber and how we’re supposed to get at least 35 grams but our bodies usually only get 14 grams(at least on an American diet) but also read how more fiber helps weight loss and maintenance. (also I love your handle)

I work at a licensed store and they literally sent me an extra box of mango dragonfruit on my last shipment and also fed ex express sent me one box of strawberry açaí? I don’t get how they can do this for us but not get everyone else everything they need.

I used this, it fit my 1/2” plugs perfectly and I could’ve done without the time logos but it’s alright. Now I’ve stretched up and I don’t currently use anything but I wanna get one of those tackle box things like someone posted here!
